Overview

I designed and developed this scenario-based eLearning to train new bakery staff in burn injury identification, first aid, and avoidance. 

Design 

When I first got the idea for this eLearning project, I drafted a course outline that defined my chosen topic, target audience, performance issue (cause & consequence), defined the desired outcomes, the solution, and brainstormed the interactivity. I then submitted my document for feedback and received some very helpful ideas on how to bring my course idea to fruition. Then I built out the course outline in Miro. 

Written Storyboard

After receving feedback on my course outline, I drafted my written storyboard.

Interactive Prototype

Following approval of my storyboard, I created an interactive prototype in Articulate Storyline 360. I included the title slide, learning objectives, two Vyond animations, slide layers, a few click-and-reveal slides with animations, and one knowledge check question. 

Final Product

After several rounds of reviews and iterations, I proceeded to finish developing the full eLearning course in Articulate 360. By collecting feedback at the earlier stages of development and during the interactive prototype iterations, the final development process was seamless.
